• Service can be obtained at anyone of our 14 ATM machines
• Client can also get service at anyone of our branches at a tellers counter

Product Requirements

At a Teller:
• Identification (Antillean & U.S. Residents passport / drivers license, all other countries passport)
• Credit Card

At an ATM:
• Credit Card
• Credit Card PIN

Fees and Charges

At An ATM:
1.5% of amount with a minimum of USD 5.00

At a Cash Clerk (Teller):
WIB card holders - Exchange commission on currency
Other card holders - Exchange commission on currency
