Damaged WIB Debit & Credit Card Replacement

The Windward Island Bank has begun the official, free replacement of damaged debit and credit cards for clients in St Maarten. We recognize that the quality of the recently issued cards unfortunately does not meet the standard our customers expect, and discussions about this are being held with the manufacturer.

Clients can easily request a replacement through the WIB Mobile Banking App, our Contact Center, or by visiting a branch. Your current card will continue to work normally for payments, withdrawals, and online purchases until your new card is received and activated.
